The Nepal army website is the website of Nepali Sena. Nepali sena is the major constituent of the Military of Nepal. It is the army of Nepal. In the Nepalese Army, the President of Nepal is the Supreme Commander. The routine dealings of the army are looked upon by a four star General, The Chief of the Army Staff (COAS). There are two Lieutenant Generals, the Chief of the General Staff (CGS) and the Chief of Staff (COS). They are directly responsible to the COAS.

Under the direction of the Chief of the General Staff, there are many responsibilities like Operations, Intelligence and Training branches. Similarly, the Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) is responsible for operations, planning, policy, staff-duties, budget requisition and allocation and public relations. Likewise, the Director General of Military Training (DGMT) and Director of Military Intelligence (DMI) are responsible for training and intelligence respectively. The DMI is a Brigadier General. The DGMO and the DGMT are Major Generals.

The Nepal Army is constituted of 105000 brave army. Nepal Army is known not only for their brave deeds but they are also involved in social works. There are 5000 Nepal Army troops who are involved in the nature conservation and wildlife protection duties. Nepal army has also committed about 5000 army personnel for UN operations. The outstanding dedication of Nepal army has been extensively acclaimed. The Nepalese Army is chiefly composed of Combat Divisions.  There are six Combat Divisions. Each combat division is located in each of the five development regions and one is in Kathmandu valley. Each Combat Division holds Combat Brigades, Combat Support units and Combat Service Support units.
